Product Introduction

This project features 2 sets of electric heater control cabinets, a specialized foreign trade order exported to Saudi Arabia. Designed specifically for oil extraction projects, these cabinets start and control 269KW 460V electric heaters. Safety is paramount: all alarms are clearly identified, and a manual trip reset button is integrated, with every fault signaled on the dedicated alarm panel.

The power regulator cabinet is equipped with two Beijing Jeton three-phase 2-control SCR 250A power regulators (AC480V main circuit, AC230V control circuit). These units precisely adjust output power to regulate heater temperature. Additionally, the system features an Ankerui 480V electric energy meter, a residual current transformer, and a robust 480V 300A large fuse.
