Product Introduction
The blower outlet cabinet is a starter cabinet designed and produced by Kunshan Huapujie Electric. There are two outlet cabinets, namely 1# blower cabinet and 2# blower cabinet. It is used to control oxygen concentrator equipment. It imitates the Rittal cabinet type, with a single front door. The upper part of the cabinet door is equipped with an ammeter/voltage meter and an indicator light.
As shown in the figure, the cabinet is installed with Xichi 132KW soft starter, Changshu molded case circuit breaker, Changshu contactor CK3-400, thermal relay and other components.
The 132KW blower cabinet is connected by yellow, green, and red three wire copper bars from the plastic shell to the soft starter and contactor, and is led out by wires from the soft starter. Each component is labeled with a corresponding tag number above it, making it easy to locate the corresponding circuit on site. Reserve the position for connecting the busbar above and equip it with busbar clamps. Convenient on-site cabinet installation.
This project consists of 6 low-voltage cabinets and 1 PLC control cabinet, which together form the electrical control cabinet system for the oxygen concentrator equipment.
