Product Introduction
This diesel generator automatic control cabinet is used for the start, stop and control of oil production machine generator sets, and is the brain of diesel generator sets. The PLC main control cabinet adopts the Rittal structure. The components use Siemens 1500 series editable program module PLC controller. Through the Kunlun Tongtai touch screen screen output, the system can set parameters as needed, and is also equipped with a Siemens switch and a manned serial port server.
The components used in this control cabinet are all first-line brands: Siemens, Schneider, Omron, etc. PLC automatic control cabinet has multiple protections such as short circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, overload, emergency power off, etc. It is safe and reliable. It is widely used in constant pressure water supply, air compressor, fan pump, central air conditioning, port machinery, machine tools, boilers, papermaking machinery, food machinery and many other fields.
As shown in the left figure, the electric control cabinet of the diesel generator set is equipped with Schneider circuit breakers, fuses, Mean Well 24V DC power supply, Siemens 1500 series PLC modules, human serial port servers, intermediate relays and wiring terminals, etc. It can be programmed with the Kunlun Tongtai HMI on the cabinet door to complete the automatic communication.
