Product Introduction
This project has 2 sets of electric heater control cabinets. This project is a foreign trade order for export to Saudi Arabia. It is used to start and control 269KW 460V electric heaters. All alarms need to be identified and a manual trip reset button is provided. Each fault is signaled on the alarm panel.
Premium Components: The components used in the control cabinet are all first-line brands: Siemens, Schneider, Jetton, Ankerui, Basman, etc. The wires and cables used in the cabinet meet the halogen-free requirements, and EBM redundant fans are used to solve the heat dissipation in the cabinet.
Two Beijing Jeton three-phase 2-control SCR 250A power regulators are installed in the power regulator electric control cabinet, with AC480V main circuit and AC230V control circuit. They are used to adjust the output power to change the temperature of the electric heater. They are also equipped with Ankerui 480V electric energy meter, residual current transformer, and 480V300A large fuse.
