Product Introduction
This project has 1 PLC main control cabinet, namely this cabinet, and 2 explosion-proof remote power distribution cabinets. The size of the PLC main control cabinet is H2000*W800D500mm. The front single door. The cabinet door is equipped with secondary components such as indicator lights, buttons, conversion knobs, emergency stop buttons, etc. The PLC part in the cabinet adopts Siemens 1200 series editable program modules and ABB ACS530 series inverters.
Multiple Protections: Short circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, overload, emergency power off, etc.
Energy Saving: Speed control and frequency conversion output for green and environmentally friendly operation.
This cabinet is a PLC + inverter configuration. It is widely used in constant pressure water supply, air compressors, fan pumps, central air conditioners, port machinery, machine tools, boilers, papermaking machinery, food machinery, etc.
As shown in the left figure, the power and control are separated in the PLC main control cabinet, and strong and weak electricity complement each other to enhance the stability of the cabinet operation. In addition to processing Siemens 1200PLC and ABB inverter, components include Schneider circuit breakers, contactors, Mean Well 24V DC power supply, signal isolators, intermediate relays, terminal blocks and other components.
