    Product Introduction

    This electric cabinet is used in the spraying industry, the electrophoretic coating line powder drying control system inverter starting cabinet. The main control cabinet uses Siemens 1500 series CPU6ES7511 equipped with ET200PLC module. The programming screen is displayed and output through the Siemens 12-inch touch screen. Huapujie engineers input the process code programming into the electric cabinet, allowing for visual observation of the working status of pre-treatment spray degreasing, water washing, and other critical processes.

    The project consists of 10 electric cabinets, including 6 cabinets for pre-treatment and electrophoretic drying control and 2 cabinets for the powder drying control system. All cabinets feature front/back double doors. Components are sourced from premium brands: Siemens, Schneider, and Omron. Starting components utilize Huichuan inverters, with 12 units ranging from 7.5KW to 45KW selected according to site motor power.

    Four powder drying control system electrical cabinets are connected in parallel to maintain integrity, offering a beautiful appearance and reasonable structure. The layout follows the process flow: from the conveyor chain and spray degreasing to silane and final powder drying (spraying, cooling, curing). Mechanical automation is realized through PLC point control for precise time and temperature management.
