This electric cabinet is used in the spraying industry, the electrophoretic coating line powder drying control system inverter starting cabinet, the main control cabinet uses Siemens 1500 series CPU6ES7511 equipped with ET200PLC module. The programming screen is displayed and output through the Siemens 12-inch touch screen. Huapujie engineers input the process code programming into the electric cabinet, and can visually observe the working status of pre-treatment spray degreasing, water washing and other processes.
The project has 10 electric cabinets, including 6 cabinets for pre-treatment and electrophoretic drying control system of parts electrophoretic coating line, and 2 cabinets for powder drying control system of parts electrophoretic coating line. All the cabinets have front and back doors and double doors. The components used in the cabinets are all first-line brands: Siemens, Schneider, Omron, etc. The starting components are selected from Huichuan inverters, and 12 inverters of 45KW, 30KW, 7.5KW and other sizes are selected according to the motor power on site.
Four powder drying control system electrical cabinets are connected in parallel to maintain integrity. Beautiful appearance and reasonable structure. Arrange in the order of the process flow.
