Product Introduction

The explosion-proof cabinet is of KXDC-T IIC type. Explosion-proof mark: ExdIICT6Gb/ ExtDA21IP65T80℃. It is suitable for hazardous places in Zone 1 and Zone 2 with explosive gas mixtures of Class IIC and Group T1 ~ T6 in factories, and Zone 21 and 22 with combustible dust. It is a cabinet used to install various non-explosion-proof detection instruments, analytical instruments, display instruments, and electrical components. It is suitable for explosive gas environments of Class IIC and Group T6 in factories and enterprises, and can be widely used in hazardous places with explosive gases such as petroleum, chemical, textile, and medicine.

As shown in the figure, the explosion-proof cabinet door display is a Siemens explosion-proof screen. The separate touch screen isolation compartment makes the touch screen safer to use. The upper cabinet cavity is equipped with heaters, contactors, Mean Well DC switching power supplies, Siemens PLC modules, Paroken safety barriers, intermediate relays and other components. The lower cavity is equipped with wiring terminals.

The shell of the explosion-proof box is made of welded steel plates, with an air switch in the inner cavity. The switch is operated by the handle on the cover and the transmission mechanism. The cover and the body are fastened with screws. A warning sign "It is strictly forbidden to open the cover with power on" is marked on the cover for safety. There are wiring terminals in the main and auxiliary chambers, and G1/2~G4 steel pipes or rubber cables of different outer diameters are used as input and output lines in the lead-out port.
