Product Introduction
This project consists of 2 sets of electric heater control cabinets, specifically designed as a foreign trade order for export to Saudi Arabia. It is engineered to start and control 269KW 460V electric heaters. The system features a comprehensive alarm identification system and a manual trip reset button, with every fault clearly signaled on the integrated alarm panel.
The power regulator cabinet is equipped with two Beijing Jeton three-phase 2-control SCR 250A power regulators, featuring an AC480V main circuit and AC230V control circuit. These units precisely adjust output power to regulate the temperature of the electric heaters. Additionally, the system is fitted with Ankerui 480V electric energy meters, residual current transformers, and robust 480V 300A large fuses.
