Product Introduction
There are 4 MNS drawer cabinets in total. The cabinet dimensions are H2200*W1000*D800mm. As shown in the right picture, the cabinets are connected in pairs.
The withdrawable electric control center and the withdrawable MCC unit of the small current power distribution center are the basis of its composition. This MNS drawer cabinet meets the power distribution needs of users and is designed as a combination of small drawers + large switch boxes. It is both beautiful and practical.
MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear can accommodate more functional units in a smaller space. It can meet the needs of various power supply and distribution and can be widely used in various low-voltage distribution systems such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, municipal construction, etc.
This system is used for the denitrification project of supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler equipment in Shanxi Xiaoyi 2*350MW low calorific value coal power generation project.
Each MCC drawer control center is responsible for the urea dissolving tank agitator, electric actuator power supply, circulating pump inverter power supply, urea solution delivery pump, urea lighting distribution box, busbar cabinet, wastewater pump, desalted water pump and spare area, etc. Behind the cabinet is the horizontal busbar room.
Safety & Standards: The mechanical interlocking mechanism of drawers of various sizes complies with the standard regulations, with three distinct positions of connection, test and separation, which is safe and reliable.
Modular Design: Standard module design is adopted: it can be composed of standard units such as protection, operation, conversion, control, adjustment, measurement and indication, and can be assembled arbitrarily according to requirements.
